Forager's Wild Berry Spice

Tart. Sweet. Aromatic.

Dark fruit and woodland spice, Elderberries and rosehips gathered by hand. All  tangled with citrus peel, cinnamon, all spice and a touch of salt.

The warmest addition to holiday roasts, wild fowl, venison and roasted sweet potatoes or yams.

RITUAL: Sprinkle as is on your meat or potato of choice. Or stir into sauce pan with a little water, butter, and syrup for a sweet and spicy glaze that pairs well with rich meats.
