POPULESS The Huck Copper Flask

Named after Crosbie Hucks, one of two master distillers responsible for a uniquely Canadian two-step aging process whereby the blend is made at the birth of the whisky, rather than after its maturity. This special process helped form the foundation for what is now the well-known "Black Velvet Canadian Whisky", distilled and aged entirely right here in Lethbridge, Alberta.
